      There is a great deal of manufacturing experience and knowledge in the company. Great people and an employee friendly work environment.

      Cons

      The vast body of manufacturing experience and knowledge is not well documented for the future and new employees. It takes longer to finish tasks than it should.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
