Pros
Nothing is there to be discussed about best things about this company. - Only thing I can say is salary is credited on time.. !! - Good for freshers or candidates with 2 or 3+ exp..provided they get a good mentor to guide them.
Cons
1. Worst infrastructure 2. Does Micro Management at times 3. Management doesn't do the needful when its required 4. Management makes Petty issues so big 5. Not an Employee friendly organisation 6. Worst for candidates having 5+ exp. 7. Cannot expect career growth because of no learning curve. 8. Management becomes very stingy when any company celebrations or any functions to be conducted.
