      You get to travel all over the US and earn travel milage for trips. You get six days off every other week.1

      Cons

      You stay away from home eight days at a time. Work in extreme cold weather and layovers in airports.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
