      Growth does not produce additional opportunities for movement. Employees are held in existing position Principals are unwilling to share business operations knowledge with techs No training offered in how complex systems are supposed to operate.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
