      Pros

      Xorail is a good company to work for that has good benefits (401K) and they are a leading company in the rail industry

      Upper Management is horrible with communication

      not too many crazy hours (but they happen every now and then)

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
