      Start and finishing times Monday to Thursday 08.30 - 16.30 Fridays 08.30 - 13.00

      Cons

      The company is a shambles, so disorganised it is an embarrassment no structure, no help if you're a new starter it really needs to come into the 21 century. I have commented in the above positives are that the times are good. However if you want to take annual leave on a Friday, you have submitted a full days leave for the day. Even though you have worked additional hours Monday - Thursday to leave early on a Friday, what a rip off.

      Unlimited paid time off yearly.

      Cons

      Site leader at the Erie site. Indecisiveness by upper management. Unrealistic expectations. No repercussions for bad employees. Good employees get abused, verbally and by being given excessive workload. Salary teams are short staffed and site leader won’t allow new hires. The union - no explanation needed.
