      good hours lots of overtime ok pay

      Cons

      bad management, always changing schedule at last min, most time off requests are denied, work every Saturday, no human resource department, understaffed

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
