      Good dedicated work force with lots of railroad experience

      Cons

      Need to hire more engineers to work with so many clients. Also, should improve benefits package.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
