      Braking team is good team.

      1. Company works on its own policy and doesn't care what's the standard in the industry. 2. You will regret joining here. 3. Salary will be withheld. 4. HR department not good.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
