      Great place to learn and were several different hats.

      Cons

      Very poorly managed. Wabtec does not (and chooses not to) understand the market.

      not too many crazy hours (but they happen every now and then)

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
