      Good Balance of work and home balance.

      Management lies to your face, pay is low for the work you do,management steals from company( tools,parts,fuel...).

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
