      I think the benefits is ok.

      Cons

      10 minute breaks should be 15 minutes. Supervisor rather talk story with there favorite employees. My supervisor was contracted from same company I was employed by. One would think he would be for contracted employees.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
