      free to learn many things while working for freshers & it will be really a good organization for a fresher if he got the job in there.

      Cons

      The company doesn't have any cons. And like other companies, Work promptly and in a good relationship with senior management for work life balance

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
