Pros
Friendly staff, good HR, upbeat atmosphere, somewhat decent pay, there is always work to do.
Cons
Office staff are treated much better than shop floor staff, there is minimal communication between management and departments and after recent merge with Wabtec, new line managers seem to be people who jump from job to job, and don't seem to take responsibility for their team, let alone understand the job they do. Certain forms of bullying are tolerated.
