      Svolgendo attività poco importanti è possibile andare a casa molto presto. Si fa poco e niente. Ottimo per chi vuole andare in pensione.

      Pessimo management, gente messa in ruoli di responsabilità a caso o per fortuna, attività spesso inutili che finiscono nel dimenticatoio con notevoli perdite di tempo.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
