      Work life balance After merging with GE they are making remarkable changes in the organisation and coming up with new technologies in the project

      Salary is low and they don't give good hike.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
