      None, as far as I can remember. Wasted 2 years of my life working there without significant personal growth

      Slow work pace, no career growth, mismanagement of data and procedures, management structure is bad.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
