      Many customers involved at one platform, leads you to understand the customer requirement and their fullfilment of it with proper deliverables under less or more pressure

      Expectations doesn't meet here. Agile is not that important here

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
