      work like balance, flexible timings if you work for product team, good people

      Cons

      less salary, salary may vary 5-6 lakhs also for the same designation, less to no learning in some teams

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
