      Pros

      Company provides a good living wage to "Legacy" employees (employees prior to buyout). Benefits are adequate.

      Cons

      Company does what it wants at every turn with no regard for Union contract. Company has created a very unstable work environment for Union employees reducing employees by half.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
