      No benefits.Good for backlog students/ freshers who don't have offers and knowledge.

      Cons

      Poor Management company with lot of partiality. Waste Management and corkscrewed/ screw borned managers with no vision and mission.No management and business skills

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
