Flexibility with schedule depending on department supervisor. Relatively easy to progress in pay depending on work ethic and willingness to learn and do without instruction. If you are a phenomenal worker that can do and will do anything for the company, you will be treated with special privileges and can pretty do whatever you want
Cons
Management is lacking in professionalism and plays favorites. The pay is stagnant for those who struggle If they perceive you to be an underperforming worker or unable to be trainable, you will be stuck doing the simplest jobs making the same low pay for years which is fine if that's what you're looking for They are reactionary, implementing changes as they see fit according to their emotions for that day/week/month Schedules sometimes swing wildly and you are forced to go along with it, overtime is expected excessively They don't seem to care about their employees' well being Health benefits could be better, costly to insure a family but decent for an individual
