      Pros

      Company has great training program on the transportation side, pay is relatively good

      Cons

      Schedule is not that great until you get a little higher in the compnay, Also alot of differences from account to account. It depends on which account you are on as to how it is run.

      not too many crazy hours (but they happen every now and then)

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
