      not hectic schedule . friendly staff and boss.

      Cons

      As promised I came here to get IRSE license renewal but now management is not interested about. Also based on work I'm doing here I can't get this license.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
