      Pros

      Benefits are on par and annual raises are normal. Large company with room for growth.

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch with lower personnel. They're after the all mighty dollar and tend not to care about their employees futures. Also don't like to pay their bills at end of quarters so it makes it awkward with vendors.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
