Pros
They can be easy going and can be helpful accomodating certain requests. The supervisors I had to deal with were very reasonable and gave me a lot of freedom. Once you do your work and keep your head down you'll be left alone.
Cons
The EBA, I'm looking to leave because of it. I know a lot of people doing similar work for other companies who are on better money/package. I've given them several years and as for super and other benefits I don't have a lot to show for it.
