      Diversity of tasks, which is perfect for learning.

      Cons

      The management was not interested in helping the employees. Only was looking for results. Whenever the employee proposes something to improve the process, the management was not interested in it.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
