      Wabtec in Melbourne has lots of interesting and challenging products to work on, and a great group of people as well.

      Cons

      There's lots of work, but it never gets boring and they still support plenty of flexibility.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
