Pros
Good people (Mostly the workers who have been there years) , varied work, the company continues to try and improve the working environment constantly.
Cons
Poor Holiday allowance, no sick pay for 5 years. very strict on Break times.Due to poor contract, many people hired are idiots, or just not qualified enough putting more pressure on the experienced staff. Also due to the change in contract, an apprentice who has just "graduated" can be paid significantly greater than even a new Supervisor.
