Pros
Great product support people. leadership is a but on the weak side. The legacy GET people are working hard to overcome the obstacles. They've lost a lot of great people. Their products are some of the BEST in the industry, but costly and not a sustainable sales model, especially when their equipment can last ~30 years with rebuilds... So much so, that few are buying new loco's. It's a mods business now.
Cons
They've lost a lot of great people. Senior leadership is both problematic & confused. They always chase the 'next shiny object'. It's like a cat chasing a laser pointer. They fully embrace the 'Go Woke' initiative, but have done so in a very conservative industry. Can't wait to see how that works out... Will be interesting to see how they do over the long term.
