      My coworkers for the most part were great other than a small group that tried to get me fired

      Cons

      Fire people for having sick children. Ignore dr notes. Hire sexual predators and allow them to extort other employees and keep them hired. Allow people to operate machinery when they aren’t certified. Hire plant managers with a chihuahua complex.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
