Good 401K match (3% per pay period then 3% additional once a year) okay health insurance permissive time off pay really depends on your department Some of the best people to work with
Cons
some great managers but mostly really terrible depends on your department. Despite terrible managers you can do good work Some employees are aggressive, rude and unprofessional. There will always be issues in a manufacturing company but taking it personally and losing your temper does not solve anything. Be a problem solver not a problem creator!
