      Work environment was ok, employees were helpful and friendly and they knew their machines and jobs well.

      Cons

      Equipment was in need of repair and there was little time to get repairs done.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
