Pros
you get 3 days off for the weekends, pay is good(could be better), lots of vacation time once you put in your time, job is easy.
Cons
you’re in a factory all day for 10 hours with no sunlight, only an hour worth of break time ( broken up into 3 increments 15-30-15), they’re not union, we don’t get paid near as much as we should, moving up isn’t always easy if you don’t know the right people.
