      Decent pay, ok benefits, good paid holiday off

      Cons

      Management treats subordinates terribly. Reprimands them in public. Doesn’t give clear expectations. Discriminates against older workers. If you’re over 40 plan on not being treated well.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
