      Good pay and travel are the things I like the best

      Cons

      Company is huge so it is sometimes hard getting help with certain things. My laptop was stolen 6 months ago and they said I was going to get another one but who knows when that will happen.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
