      Good work life balance, competitive pay, good work culture, lots of fun and employee engagement activities, gifts goodies, team outings, training’s, growth opportunities, Hybrid work, insurance coverage for 7 members, car Leaseplan policy etc.

      Cons

      no wfh until unless u have a valid reason.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
