Pros
You get to travel across country and sights that most people will only dream of seeing. The job it's self is a great job.
Cons
Extremely low pay. The hours worked vs the house paid. Work 12 hours and only get paid for 8 hours. At the end of two weeks of work my pay was less then minimum wage when calculated pay for the time actualy worked. Office politics runs the field operations
