      Flexible schedule being fully remote, trusting managers, opportunities to travel, ownership over projects, unlimited PTO

      Lack of in-person bonding time, steep learning curve with industry domain knowledge, super early/late calls with international stakeholders

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
