      Good salary. Colleagues are good. Culture is good.

      No proper projections. Hire and fire status. I was fired this week.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
