      Cool coworkers, ability to move up, classes hosted both on and off site for Machinist and Assembly positions.

      Cons

      If you are working teardown it can get pretty dirty and if your line is behind expect a few rough weeks.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
