      -unlimited PTO for salary base employee -Friendly work environment. -Some managers are very helpful and try to guide you.

      Cons

      -As a field guy, lots of travel back to back, no work-life balance. -No opportunity to get higher position. -Managers just care about their revenue nothing else.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
