No advancement, lack of resources - Engineer Wabtec Employee Review

Management has made it a difficult place to be. With the lack of resources, lack of marketing (corp. employees) accountability, and the growing amount of work, it is tough to keep your head above water. New employees all seem to be purchasing/finance related. New director positions are created for the fraternity of management and yet we cannot get an OEM engineer.
