not too many crazy hours (but they happen every now and then)

still recovering from management turnover

Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
