      Great technical team in the Design office and interesting Industrial & technical challenges

      Cons

      Short-termism in upper to middle management decisions, which is fairly paradoxical for an industry where product half-life is 15 years.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
