      Overtime could be logged for salary workers.

      Cons

      Management could call mandatory overtime for Friday and Saturdays when your supposed to work 4-10’s.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
