      -Above average base salary -Decent benefits -Extensive learning opportunity

      -Difficult to get a raise greater than annual cost of living adjustment which hinders incentive -Increasing turnover each year = increasing personal responsibility

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
