      Decent pay and benefits. And there are some really good people here.

      Not everyone here is great. Some of the leadership and the HR team are not great. The HR team has a tendency to lie and gaslight you about commitments they do not want to keep,

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
