- Political infighting across P&Ls - 💯 lack of alignment between stated values and lived values - Very difficult environment for women leaders… epic levels of role incredulity - Micromanagement coupled with clear favoritism to those that play the game (worst of GE culture) - New ideas, even if aligned to industry, are attack like a virus in the Wabtec body - Nearly no effort put into career development for mid career professionals
