      Pros

      I’d say the vacation is more then most other places but not worth it

      Cons

      Refuse to give raises, must do more production then the time study shows, and if someone is on sick leave, vacation, or medical leave you have to make up their production for no extra pay. Mandated for months at a time because management makes terrible decisions and then gives you no support

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
